History

Inaugurated in January 2024 as a territorial branch of VITAL S.p.A., Sesto San Giovanni seat has its origins in a historic company operating in the Fasteners sector since 1965.

First under the name of RIBE ITALIANA, as exclusive distributor for Italy of the German Richard Bergner Gmbh & Co., and then as an autonomous entity under the new company name NORI VITERIE SRL, the company continued its growth and affirmation thanks to the profound knowledge of the market of Mr. Francesco Panzini.

In July 2021 NORI VITERIE S.r.l. was finally acquired by VITAL S.p.A (link to the Official Press Release) and the corporate integration process was concluded at the end of 2023 with the incorporation of the subsidiary.
